This recipe was inspired by a recipe I found at Gluten Free Gigi - another great blogger. Filled with fresh, sweet-tart summer flavors, and beautiful rose coloring, it is free from gluten, dairy (optional), soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and coconut.

Yeasted Coffee Cake Base
3 cups (375g) Better Batter Gluten Free Flour
1 tblsp (12g) baking powder
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
6 tsp (21g) active dry yeast
¾ tsp (4g) salt
1 ½ c (350ml) milk or dairy free sub*
1 stick (113g) butter or dairy free margarine
2 large eggs OR ½ c (110ml) chia gel or aquafaba (bean juice)....
