It’s Menu Plan Time!! It is time to talk about our Gluten-Free Menu Plan! We have some great menu items this week!


Monday – These Cheddar and Spinach Bites are one of my favorite foods. They use Better Batter’s Pancake Mix! Easy Peasy!

Tuesday – For an easy meal tonight, we are serving up Avocado Egg Salad Sandwiches. It is a great way to use up those hard boiled eggs we have left over! Want to try your hand at making bread? Try this recipe using your Better Batter Flour.

Wednesday – This Sweet Vegetarian Chili is an easy dish to make. It even tastes better the second day! Yay for leftovers! Be sure to make a double batch, as this chili freezes well!


ThursdayEasy Spinach Skillet will bring some leafy greens and the protein from beans to the table for dinner tonight. Have fun with the presentation of this dish. Love the addition of fresh avocado as a topper!

Friday – Let’s finish off our week with some Taco Pasta! All the fixings that you into your tacos, but paired with pasta instead! Want to make your own pasta? Try this recipe.
