It’s Menu Plan Time!! It is time to talk about our Gluten-Free Menu Plan! We have some great menu items this week!

Monday – We are kicking off this week with a hearty stew, Vegetable Lentil Stew. It is full of amazing foods and will fill your belly! We love pairing this dish with rolls made with Better Batter flour!

TuesdayZucchini Corn Cakes are always a family favorite as our garden starts to produce zucchini. Remember, you can make a double batch and freeze them! It is cookie time! Make a double batch of these sweet cookies and munch on them all week!


Wednesday – How about breakfast for dinner with this beautiful Raspberry Breakfast Casserole?

Thursday – We are hitting the flavor hard tonight with this Tofu Fried Rice Dish. Be sure that you use gluten-free soy sauce or a Bragg’s Amino to flavor! Soy sauce often contains gluten, so read your labels!

Friday – Happy Friday, we are ending this week with Easy Vegetable Tacos! Tacos are a great meal because you had add more of “this” and less of “that.” It all depends on your tastes!
