It’s Menu Plan Time!! It is time to talk about our Gluten-Free Menu Plan! We have some great menu items this week!

Pizza Casserole #glutenfree

Monday – How about a nice Pizza Casserole to start off your week? Casseroles are always great for busy nights. You can add in the types of pizza toppings that your family likes! Get out your Better Batter flour and make some homemade pasta for this dish.

Cindy Mushroom Casserole

Tuesday – Mushrooms are the star of Mushrooms and Wild Rice Casserole. It is a hearty dish that pairs great with a side of corn or broccoli! You can also make it ahead of time and reheat when you need it!


Wednesday – How is your garden growing? Have a few extra tomatoes? Whip up this Creamy Tomato Soup! Whip up some rolls to dip into your soup!

Cindy Southwest Casserole

Thursday – Let’s head to the ranch tonight with this Southwest Inspired Skillet! It is very easy to make, even the kids can help! If you do not want to eat it as a casserole, it makes great taco stuffings!

Friday – Let’s round out our week with some Tofu Spanish Rice and Beans. This dish has one of my favorite spices: smoked paprika! I think you will enjoy!
