It’s almost fall, this is the official month that my favorite season starts. I thought we need to just go ahead and get this fall menu out because I just love cooking in the fall and everything in between! One of our favorites is pumpkin, I know it’s a love it or hate it ingredients and I will proudly admit that I’m obsessed.
Now that we have that out of the way, let’s get right on to this menu.
On Monday, start the week with this Slow Cooker Pumpkin Chili. It’s perfect paired with homemade cornbread.
On Tuesday try one of our favorites, Maple Cinnamon Chicken. This is a great one-dish dinner, but a nice little slice of this apple crisp is great for dessert.
On Wednesday, enjoy this Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup paired with your choice of chips.
Thursday is a great day for these Baked Zoodles & Meatballs.
We love a good Deep Dish Pizza on Friday paired with the Eggplant Parmigiana.
