Happy Fall! It’s finally here, my favorite season. That also means I can now start cooking some of my favorite foods like baked apples and lots of pumpkin recipes too. Do you love pumpkin? I’m adding a few fun pumpkin recipes to the menu this week too. The fall just gives me all the feels, the cool air, the hoodies, the brown colors, and of course the food. It just wraps up all of my favorite things into one glorious season. Now, if only it would stick around a little longer in Oklahoma, that would be perfect.

Let’s get to this menu for October!

Monday-

Warm up with a delicious pot of Slow Cooker Pumpkin Chili, then pair it with this Cornbread.

Tuesday-

Make a family favorite tonight with this Tater Tot Taco Casserole.

Wednesday-

This Slow Cooker Apple Cinnamon Roast is sure to warm you up this fall. This feeds us even for a few days, so if you have extra, you can freeze it and reheat it later.

Thursday-

Tonight, let’s make it a breakfast for dinner night with Fluffy Pumpkin Pancakes. These pancakes pair perfectly with some tasty bacon and eggs.

Friday-

Fire up the grill for these Grilled Maple Pork Chops, then for dessert try this Caramel Apple Bread.

Now are you ready for fall foods? What are some of your favorites? We tend to use our grill even more in the fall than the summer because it’s finally cool enough to go outside. We also love to smoke meats like brisket and ribs during the fall. If life would slow down a bit, I may even be able to have a cookout but goodness we seem to be constantly busy these days.
