It’s October and the perfect time for a fall menu plan!

Are you ready for fall? I sure am! The food is amazing, the weather, the clothes…I just love it all.

I’m especially excited to get some more soup and cornbread back on our menu. I have found that Better Batter works so well in my Homemade Cornbread. We use it frequently with our soup recipes.

Another great recipe for soup?

Cheddar Bay Biscuits! These are AMAZING using the Better Batter Biscuit Mix and perfect to pair with potato soup.

We just made these a few weeks ago with some Slow Cooker Potato Soup and it was absolutely wonderful on a cold, rainy evening. The only thing missing was a nice fire in the fireplace, that’s coming soon around here too though!

Weekly Menu Plan –

Monday –

Start Monday with Instant Pot Vegetable Soup paired with Homemade Cornbread.

Tuesday –

On Tuesday, start off with some Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Waffles. These are a favorite around our home. Now, for dinner make a comfort meal with this Gluten Free Chicken Noodle Casserole.

Wednesday –

One of our favorites for Wednesday, Air Fryer Indian Tacos. If you don’t have an air fryer, simply used the traditional Gluten Free Indian Tacos recipe.

Thursday –

On Thursday enjoy this delicious Slow Cooker Tangy Meatballs. Then, make Gluten Free Baked Pumpkin Crisp for dessert!

Friday –

It’s a great day for Loaded Mashed Potato Soup, pair it with Cheddar Bay Biscuits!

This sounds like a fabulous menu to me. What are some fall foods that you would add to the list?

We enjoy the flavor of maple syrup added to many of our meals during the fall as well. It certainly gives us that fall aroma as well.
