It’s November! The year literally flew by, I’m still getting used to writing 2016 and now it’s almost 2017! I just can’t wrap my mind around it. We are busy getting ready for the holidays and our daughter’s birthday. She will be 4 next month, I still feel like I just had her and now I’m enrolling her in school. The time has got to slow down!

We are having her birthday party with our family at a horse stable so all the kids can ride horses. I’m actually looking forward to it, much more simple than having them at our house and having to clean everything. Doesn’t that get stressful or is that just me?

Let’s get right to this menu though, lots of delicious eats are on the way!

Monday- On Monday, let’s do breakfast for dinner with these Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Waffles. I use Better Batter All-Purpose Flour in these and it works out perfect every single time!


Tuesday- This Stuffed Acorn Squash will be perfect today. Then, for dessert whip up this Caramel Apple Cake. I used the Better Batter Yellow Cake Mix for this cake.

Wednesday- Now, for breakfast make these breakfast cups then for dinner Tater Tot Taco Casserole.


Thursday- These Sweet and Sour Skewers will make the whole family happy tonight.

Friday- Warm up with a delicious Gluten-Free Chicken Pot Pie today! Plus, relax because it’s Friday!

Now, that looks like a delicious menu to me! I’m wondering though, do you all plan new meals each day or do you have leftover nights? Many times I’ll try to do a leftover night on Wednesday nights since that’s our busy night of the week. It also just happens to be middle of the week so we usually have a stock of food in the fridge from the week.
