It’s November! Can you believe it? We are full steam ahead into the holiday season. That means food for days, doesn’t it? I am trying really hard to not go too crazy since I’ve been trying to loose weight, but that may be a lost cause during the holidays. I can’t resist the cookies! Well…and all the other good stuff.

What are some of your favorite foods for the holidays? I know that I have Better Batter on hand all throughout the holidays for a variety of meals. We do a completely gluten-free Thanksgiving too, so we are always baking with it during that time.

I have found that I can easily switch just about anything and use Better Batter All Purpose Flour in it and get the same great taste, even in rolls too. I’d love to hear some of your favorites though, maybe I need to add some new recipes to my list for the holidays too.

Monday –

On Monday, enjoy a Gluten-Free Taco Salad. It’s delicious and simple to make. Then, for dessert enjoy a Blueberry Crisp.

Tuesday –

Enjoy a delicious Strawberry Crumble Muffin for breakfast to get your day started! Now, it’s time for dinner so enjoy this Eggplant Lasagna.

Wednesday –

On Wednesday, make a batch of Apple Pumpkin Bread for your friends and family. Now, it’s time for this Hearty Turkey Chili for dinner.

Thursday –

Start the morning with Buttermilk Blueberry Pancakes. Then, for dinner let’s enjoy the Gluten-Free Chicken Fried Steak.

Friday –

It’s a good day for Sweet and Sour Chicken. Then, for dessert enjoy this Old English Apple Pie.

This week is full of delicious eats before we head into those holidays. Then, it’ll be food for days I’m sure!
