It’s November, we are near to the end of 2018! Seems crazy, doesn’t it? Each year feels like it goes by faster than the previous year.

The Week's Good Eats - Week of November 5th

It’s so strange as you get older that you start to notice it, plus just how precious time really is here on earth.

We are gearing up for Thanksgiving this month and hosting at our house this year. We do a gluten-free Thanksgiving dinner and Better Batter is in full swing around our home.

We use it in just about everything, do you? I love to use it in gravy and rolls, plus all those tasty desserts.

I use the Better Batter Yellow Cake Mix in this Pecan Rum Cake every single year too. It’s always a hit at the dessert table.

The Week's Good Eats - Week of November 5th

Monday –

Start Monday with a sheet pan dinner making the Sheet Pan Mini Meatloaf and Vegetables Recipe. This is one that you can whip up all on one dish. For dessert, have a slice of Apple Pumpkin Bread.

Tuesday –

On Tuesday, it’s time to try this Gluten Free Instant Pot Lasagna Soup. If you want a side with this one use Better Batter Gluten Free All Purpose Flour to make these Gluten Free Breadsticks.

Wednesday –

Wednesday is the perfect day to make these Gluten Free Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes. Then, for dinner whip up these Gluten Free Air Fryer Indian Tacos.

Thursday –

It’s a good day for some Slow Cooker Chili Beef Stew, paired with a delicious side of Gluten Free Homemade Cornbread.

Friday –

Make Friday a breakfast for dinner night with these Gluten Free Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Waffles. These are the best paired with some warm maple syrup.
