Are you ready for a menu plan? It’s time for The Week’s Good Eats with this Gluten-Free Menu Plan.

Did you watch the big game yesterday? I know my husband was all into it, but today it’s back to business! Gotta love Mondays, right?

I’m counting down because next month we have our vacation that we have been planning for nearly 9 months! That’s right, long time and the kids have wondered if it’s ever going to happen.

Finally, it’s only 6 weeks away, we are on the final stretch.

In the meantime though, I’m still trying to stay on top of our menu plan. Is this a resolution for you this year?

I know for many it is. I find it’s vital in order for us to avoid eating out all the time. That’s just not good for anyone really, it’s all about moderation.

We have a few nights a week that we do leftovers because normally we will have a nice stock of leftovers to choose from. That also allows me to have a break too.

Then, usually once a week we eat out, but that is normally always on a weekend when we are out running around.

Weekly Menu Plan

Monday –

Whip up your own ‘fast food’ meal at home with these Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Nuggets and pair them with a tasty side of french fries.

Tuesday –

Warm up today with a bowl of Instant Pot Vegetable Soup and pair it with Homemade Cornbread.

Wednesday –

Mix it up today with breakfast for dinner featuring these Buttermilk Pancakes with Blueberry Sauce.

Thursday –

Make Thursday the best comfort meal with this Gluten-Free Chicken Fried Steak. This Air Fryer Seasoned Asparagus is a great side dish for it.

Friday –

This Vanilla Lemon Bread is a great way to end the week. Then, for dinner enjoy this Chicken Spaghetti Bake.
