The holidays are here and that means lots of baking ahead! Have you already started? We spent the weekend at multiple Christmas parties, next weekend is much of the same. We do get a little weekend break but we are going on a little getaway to experience a lot more Christmas fun! I won’t have to do the cooking there though, so at least I’ll get a 3 day break from cooking. In the meantime though, I’m baking like crazy to get ready for the holidays. Let’s get right on to this week’s menu!

Monday-

Let’s start the week off with this Slow Cooker Stuffed Pepper Soup. This pairs nicely with Homemade Cornbread too.

Tuesday-

Make it a breakfast for dinner night with these festive Peppermint Pancakes.

Wednesday-

On Wednesday, let’s make this Sweet and Sour Chicken, it’s a delightful dinner. Then, for dessert let’s enjoy White Chocolate Christmas Cookies.

Thursday-

It’s a good night for tacos, a great way to make these is with this Slow Cooker Taco Meat.

Friday-

On Friday, let’s do one of my favorites with this Eggplant Parmigiana and Deep Dish Pizza.

I thought I’d also add a few of my favorite gluten-free treats are Pecan Rum Cake, Gingerbread Cake, and Old Fashioned Christmas Cookies. These will all be perfect for your gluten-free friends and family too.

That looks like some tasty dishes to me. I’ll have to say too that Better Batter All-Purpose Flour is my go-to during this season, really all year round, but even more during the holidays. I have found that it works very well with just about any cookie recipe that I can find.

Do you have a favorite cookie recipe? I’d love to hear what your favorite cookie is during the holidays? I’ll admit…I love them all!

Happy Holidays!
