Happy December! It’s the last month of the year, seems like it went by SO FAST again, doesn’t it?

I have been blogging nearly 9 years and every single year it never fails to amaze me just how quickly each year passes by. I think I notice it even more as I get older.

My kids are growing up so fast, my daughter turns 6 in just a few weeks. I still remember announcing that I was pregnant with her on my blog, which seems like yesterday. Then, come summertime, my son will be 10! He was a baby when I started blogging.

He was the main reason behind it all too. I was trying to find recipes to be able to make for him that were good for him, then we both ended up having to go gluten-free.

The challenge was even higher until I found Better Batter. It was seriously life-changing. I have since made just about everything you could possibly want that is full of gluten…gluten free with Better Batter!

Things changed when I found Better Batter. I use it almost every day and no one can ever tell the difference between my gluten-free stuff and their gluten-filled stuff…isn’t that wonderful? I sure think so!

Now, let’s get to this menu as we head into the last month of the year. First, though, I’m going to share some delicious holiday recipes.
