Can you believe it’s December? That means Christmas is nearly here and all the holiday activities are in full swing. I’m planning to share a few simple recipes with you today to hopefully relieve you of some time when it comes to dinner. I know for us December is packed full with activities. It’s often hard to find a free weekend all month long.

Thankfully, my husband and I decided to take this past weekend and enjoy a little time to ourselves. That was much needed in the midst of the hustle and bustle this month brings.

Now, let’s get to this tasty menu!

Monday-

This Slow Cooker Maple Roast is a classic favorite in our home this time of year.

Tuesday-

This King Ranch Chicken is so delicious and can easily be made gluten-free. It makes for a great comfort dish! Enjoy some Hot Chocolate Brownies for dessert too.

Wednesday-

Make it a Mac & Cheese night with this 15 Minute Stovetop Mac & Cheese. We like to pair this with some of our favorite meat and veggies.

Thursday-

Make Thursday simple with this Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Chicken.

Friday-

Warm up today with a delicious bowl of Loaded Mashed Potato Soup. Pair it alongside these Cheddar Bay Biscuits.

Be sure to add a few holiday desserts to your menu too like this Gingerbread Cake and Pecan Rum Cake. If you need a great cookie recipe, these Old Fashioned Christmas Cookies are my favorite. I use Better Batter Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour in them every single year and they are fabulous!

Do you have a certain recipe you love to use for cookies? I have found that I can make any cookie recipe with Better Batter and it works just as it would with regular flour. That makes holiday cooking a breeze for me.

Happy Holidays!
