It’s June! It’s here, summertime is here. That also means we need a menu for the week!

Are the kids out of school? Our kids are out, we just got a pool installed, and summer is in full swing around here. Of course, we also have a few camps the kids are going to and our daughter is in a mother’s day out program, but most of the week is all summer activities.

I just love that we can stay up late and enjoy the evenings now by the pool. That also means we are doing a lot more grilling and a lot less cooking inside. Are you? I’m also excited to start using all the garden fresh produce. In the summer, meal planning gets very easy because I basically cook meat and add some fresh veggies.

My favorite for summer is a nice, grilled steak. I have to say, I’m a steak girl. It’s just so delicious when grilled perfectly, plus paired with a garden fresh salad. It’s magical!

We also like to do more desserts with fresh fruits during the summer too like Grilled Peaches. I’ll be sharing a link to that recipe in the menu. It’s definitely one you must try!
