Start August off with a new Weekly Menu Plan that is all gluten free!

I hope you all have enjoyed your summer. We are just 10 days away from the kids going back to school. We had a great summer, but I am ready for a normal routine again. Of course, work can be challenging over the summer not only for those that work from home but outside the home too. As the school year goes back that means a more consistent routine for our whole household. It also means there is a need for some easy meals on busy evenings.

Do you have go-to meals during the school years?

I have several that tend to make the regular dinner list such as tacos. We almost always have a taco night because let’s face it…they are just so easy to make!

I try to add a dessert into the menu too, which with Better Batter they make it so easy to do delicious desserts with a simple flour switch.

Monday-

Today, try out this Gluten Free Instant Pot Taco Pasta. It’s a great, simple dinner! Once you are done, be sure to enjoy this Easy Vegan Peach Crisp for dessert.

Tuesday-

Start the day with Buttermilk Pancakes with Blueberry Sauce. Then, for dinner enjoy this Air Fryer Indian Tacos. The fry bread is fabulous made with Better Batter. These can also be done in a skillet too, if you do not have an air fryer.

Wednesday-

It’s a good day for a break with this Gluten Free Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Chicken.

Thursday-

This Chicken Spaghetti Bake is super tasty and delicious to have for dinner. It’s made with spaghetti squash.

Friday-

This Maple Glazed Grilled Salmon is the perfect way to end the week. It’s also a great time to whip up some Berry Cookie Pies.
