Get ready for a great week with this week of good eats and a gluten-free menu plan!
I cannot believe it's November! Can you? We are literally about to enter 2020! I feel like we just entered 2000...and now we are 2 decades in, seems unreal!

In the meantime, I'm trying out some new recipes lately and really getting the hang of my Ninja Foodi too. I've found that it's perfect for making a variety of foods even making
gluten-free bread too.
I'm also in the mood for lots of warm soups and chilis now, are you? I think my slow cooker gets overworked in the fall and winter because I could live on soup every single day, it's just so delicious!
Let's get to this week's menu.
Week of Good Eats:
Monday -
Start the week with
Creamy Tomato Florentine Soup paired with a delicious gluten-free grilled cheese sandwich.
Tuesday -
This
Cheesy Chicken & Rice is my all-time favorite dinner and easy to make gluten-free. It can be made gluten-free by making your own
cream of chicken soup with
Better Batter!
For dessert, whip up some
Gluten-Free Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes.
Wednesday -
Make it a chili day with Instant Pot or
Pressure Cooker Pumpkin Chili paired with
homemade cornbread.
Thursday -
Start the day by making a
Gluten-Free Pumpkin Pie.
At dinner, enjoy these
Gluten-Free Indian Tacos with gluten-free fry bread using Better Batter.
Friday -
Enjoy this
Enchilada Casserole on Friday, perfect dish to end the week and pair with some salsa.
