Get ready for a great menu with this Week's Good Eats!

Did you have a great summer? Our summer is coming to an end as we head into fall and back to school season looks different for just about everyone this year. Even though some of us may be doing school from home, it's amazing just how busy you can actually be without ever leaving the house...isn't it? gluten free chicken noodle soup I think that was one of the biggest things I realized over the course of staying home these past several months. Even at home, we always seem to have a lot to do! As we head into the fall, I hope some of these recipes help you plan great meals for the week!

Week's Good Eats:

Monday - Start the week with these Gluten-Free Blueberry Scones using the Better Batter All-Purpose Flour, they are fabulous! Then, for dinner enjoy this Taco Soup. It can be made in the Ninja Foodi, Slow Cooker, or Instant Pot. Tuesday - Enjoy a grilled cheese sandwich today and a bowl of Creamy Tomato Florentine Soup, all done gluten-free! pumpkin chocolate chip waffles Wednesday - Another great fall breakfast can be done with these Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Waffles, made gluten-free with Better Batter too! Enjoy this tasty Slow Cooker Maple Roast for dinner! Thursday - This Chicken Noodle Soup is the perfect recipe to save for fall. It can be made in the Ninja Foodi or Instant Pot. It's made with homemade gluten-free egg noodles. Here are some alternatives to the Instant Pot or Ninja Foodi cooking method too. It can be made right on the stove-top or slow cooker chicken noodle too. Friday - Use your favorite gluten-free pizza dough recipe to make this Grilled Pizza! This is a go-to for Friday evenings around our home. Finish the week with a batch of gluten-free chocolate chip cookies.
