It's time for all those fall comfort meals. I hope everyone is staying well, these recipes are all going to be made with Better Batter Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour. It always works perfectly with each of these as a 1:1 swap. I'm all into the pumpkin season too, so you will see many of those on this list as well. I ended up at 4 different grocery stores to find canned pumpkin, then of course afterward thought I should have just made it myself. I am hoping I have enough to go through the whole season, so we aren't on the hunt again soon. Now let's enjoy some delicious recipes while we plan out our menu for the week. Monday - Start the week with a batch of Gluten-Free Pumpkin Bread, it's wonderful and reminds me of Starbuck's. This Gluten-Free Chicken Noodle Casserole will hit the spot tonight with homemade egg noodles. Tuesday - Make a pot of chili with this Slow Cooker Pumpkin Chili and serve it with Gluten-Free Cornbread. Wednesday - Enjoy another pumpkin-inspired meal with these Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Waffles. For dinner, enjoy an easy, delicious sheet pan rosemary chicken. Thursday - For breakfast make a batch of gluten-free blueberry scones. Then, for dinner enjoy this Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken.
