The week's good eats will help you plan out a totally gluten-free menu for the week!

As we head into May, I know many of us are still at home with a new sense of normal and daily life right now. That means lots of baking and cooking is happening, hopefully, some of these easy recipes can help you plan your menu. I know part of our daily life is getting my kids in the kitchen with me more, it's allowed me to really focus on showing them the ropes in the kitchen too. I also enjoy eating dinner around the table with my family, which many times in the busyness of life that can get missed. I've also made a lot of cookies, has anyone else? My go-to cookies are these Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies. They are just a classic and perfect to brighten any day. Let's plan out this week of good eats, it's sure to help you plan out those menus. I feel like right now if there is something we can get some control over, the menu is one of them. The Week's Good Eats: Monday - Start the week with this amazing Depression Era Gluten-Free Blueberry Bread, it's made with Better Batter All-Purpose Flour. Now for dinner, plan on making these fabulous Gluten-Free Tangy Meatballs. These go well with classic sides like mashed potatoes and corn. Tuesday - Make Tuesday a savory meal with this Air Fried Lemon Pepper Chicken, using Better Batter All-Purpose Flour, it can also be made with Better Batter Seasoned Flour too! Wednesday - Start Wednesday with a batch of Chocolate Chip Pancakes or Blueberry Scones, both gluten-free! Then, for dinner let's enjoy these Gluten-Free Indian Tacos with gluten-free fry bread. Thursday - Today, make a batch of Gluten-Free Pecan Sandies, these are just delicious if you are missing the real ones! For dinner, make a light meal with this Maple Glazed Grilled Salmon. Friday - Friday is the best night for Deep Dish Pizza and some Hot Chocolate Brownies! These are both made gluten-free with Better Batter, my go to for everything! Now, let's get to cooking! Enjoy!
