It’s almost spring! It’s in the air here in Oklahoma. We have been experiencing very warm temperatures, which is making me anxious to get my garden planted. I’m trying to hold off though because I know we also have cold snaps too!

Let’s get to the menu for the week.

Monday- Start Monday with this Gluten Free Angel Food Cake with Pineapple Topping. Then, for dinner enjoy these Tangy Turkey Meatballs!

Tuesday- Surprise the family with Funfetti Cake Mix Donuts, then for dinner Sweet Potato Hash.

Wednesday- If you have leftover ham this month try this Slow Cooker Ham & Bean Soup. It’s perfect paired with Homemade Cornbread.

Thursday- Make it breakfast for dinner with Breakfast Stuffed Peppers.

Friday- Fire up the grill tonight for this Grilled Chicken with White Wine Sauce.
