Get ready for the week of good eats!
It's summer or just about for most of us. This summer I'm sure looks very different for each of us than summers past. In some ways it's a nice, slow pace. In other ways, there is a lot of disappointment.
It's certainly a trying time, but I'm hoping to make it just a bit better with some new recipes for you to try out. Each of these recipes is gluten-free and many use Better Batter.
I tend to use my Better Batter All-Purpose Flour
even more in the summer months with frying vegetables or air frying them here lately. It makes for the perfect breading for onion rings, okra, and more!
Let's get to the menu for this month.
The Weeks Good Eats:
Use up some fresh strawberries in this Gluten-Free Strawberry Bread
. This is a Depression Era recipe using pantry ingredients. Now, for dinner, I think these Sloppy Joe Potatoes
are a great option for a summer evening.
On Tuesday, it's the perfect day for these Stuffed Cheeseburgers
and Air Fryer Onion Rings
, both are gluten-free. If you do not have an Air Fryer, check out these Gluten-Free Onion Rings
Start the morning with Gluten-Free Blueberry Scones
. Next up, make it a pizza night with this Gluten-Free BBQ Chicken Pizza
On Thursday, make this Sheet Pan Mini Meatloaf with Vegetables
. Then, for dessert be sure to make this Gluten-Free Blueberry Crisp
It's the perfect night for a delicious dinner and treats. For dinner, make this Instant Pot or Ninja Foodi Taco Pasta
, which is gluten-free. Then, for a dessert, make this Peach Crumb Cobbler
This menu sounds fabulous to me and the perfect way to ease into the summer months with fresh produce and delicious desserts. I feel like we actually have more desserts in the summer months than the holidays, is that possible?
What types of foods do you end up serving throughout the summer, more grilling?
I'd love to hear it and enjoy these recipes!
