Let's get ready to plan out a menu with the week's good eats!
We are heading right into the heat of the summer, is it hot where you are? It's smoldering here! That's Oklahoma heat for you, but we got a pool put in this year so that's helping some.

Although it does feel like bathwater, it's still refreshing especially with limited things to do this summer. What ways are you keeping the fun going this summer? Maybe cooking lessons?
If so, I'll share with you a week of good eats to help plan out your menu. We use Better Batter regularly in our recipes, so that's definitely been a must-have.

The Week's Good Eats:
Monday -
Start the week off with Air Fried Chicken, this only has TWO ingredients one of them being
Better Batter Seasoned Flour. It's absolutely delicious. Remember to make these
Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes for dessert.
Tuesday -
On Tuesday make this
Maple Glazed Grilled Salmon. Then, finish the evening with this
American Flag Cookie Cake, of course, you can adapt it to your country flag too.
This cookie cake uses a sugar cookie base with the Better Batter All-Purpose Flour.
Wednesday -
Start the morning with
Blueberry Pancakes. The sauce for these pancakes is perfect over ice cream too.
Next up for dinner, make this
Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken.
Thursday -
These
Gluten-Free Ham & Cheese Popovers are a great kid-friendly recipe for dinner tonight, plus an easy one to eat outdoors for an evening outside too. These are tasty and easy to pair with
Air Fryer Potato Chips too.
Friday -
Make this
Eggplant Parmigiana on Friday and then serve it with a
Deep Dish Pizza!
