Get ready for a great menu with the week's good eats!

I can't believe that summer is nearly over for us, we start school in just a few weeks. Although I will miss summer, I'm also looking forward to the routine again. Remind me of that in a few months though when I am ready to be back on a break. This year I will have a 1st and 5th grader. I'm not sure where the time went, because I feel like my son was a baby yesterday and now he's heading into his last year of elementary school. It just does not seem possible. It's still hot here in Oklahoma which means that we are still melting and trying to avoid the oven at all cost. It just gets so hot. We have been doing a lot of grilling though and thankfully I have a Ninja Foodi and it basically does all that my oven does without heating up the house. The Week's Good Eats -

Monday - Make a delicious appetizer with this Air Fried Blooming Onion! Now it's time for dinner so let's do Instant Pot Taco Pasta. Tuesday - Make Tuesday easy and fun for the kids with Corn Dog Muffins. Pair these with your favorite french fries. Wednesday - Wednesday is a great day for Indian Tacos with Gluten-Free Fry Bread! These are fun for the whole family. Plus, share this Blueberry Crisp for dessert. Thursday - This Summer Squash Pizza is perfect with a gluten-free pizza crust. It's a nice twist to a traditional pizza. We like to use this recipe for Delivery Style Pizza. Friday - Now, it's Friday so let's do something wonderful for dinner like this Snow Crab Legs with Garlic Butter. Whip up these Hot Chocolate Brownies for dessert! Enjoy!
