Add some new recipes to your menu with the week's good eats!

I hope you all are enjoying your summer. We are soaking up the sun and enjoying time together trying to prepare for school as well. Have you tried any new recipes this summer? Many people are learning new recipes and spending more time in the kitchen. I'm curious if you have found any new favorites? We are enjoying a gluten-free fry bread lately, it's delicious and perfect with Indian Tacos so I'm adding that one to the menu this month too. I'm also on a dessert kick, which could be a bad thing but I love using the Better Batter Cake Mixes. A fun one we make for birthday parties is this Dirt Worm Cake using the gluten-free chocolate cake mix.

The Week's Good Eats:

Monday - On Monday, start the week with these Gluten-Free Indian Tacos with Gluten-Free Fry Bread. These are absolutely wonderful and taste just like the real deal! Tuesday - On Tuesday, start the day with a batch of Lemon Bread. For dinner make it a comfort meal night with this Cheesy Potato Taco Casserole. Wednesday - Start the morning with Gluten-Free Sausage & Gravy Biscuits, this can be made with turkey sausage or pork sausage. For dinner tonight, fire up the grill for these Baby Back Ribs. Thursday - Make a batch of Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies today and then for dinner enjoy this Gluten-Free Chicken Noodle Casserole. Friday - Make a classic, Easy Strawberry Pie, and then for dinner enjoy these Garlic Butter Ribeyes out on the grill with some grilled vegetables. These Gluten-Free Cheddar Bay Biscuits are the perfect side dish too. It's another week of good eats, the perfect time to get all that summer fun in before we head into the fall!
