This is an unusual spring of 2020, isn't it? Many of us are inside and cooking regularly now, so this menu may help you come up with some delicious new recipes to try.

We're trying to make the best of it and adapt to this new normal that we're living in for some time now. I know that getting in the kitchen is really a release from the worries of the world or at least it has been for us.
Our Easter is going to look different too, we normally have a big dinner with family but this year it's just us 4, I'm trying though to still have some of the foods we enjoy for Easter.
