It's spring! Are you ready for the warm season? I know we are counting down the days until unlimited sunshine, swimming, plus no school.

This has been my first year homeschooling too, which has actually gone really well and allowed us to experiment with some new gluten-free recipes too as part of our schooling. It's always fun to use baking to teach math!
I think my daughter's personal favorite is all the gluten-free cookies, but I've also made a lot of
Gluten-Free Scones lately too.
Those are my favorite paired with a cup of coffee.
