How is the year going so far? Are you in need of some new recipes? I have several that I'm excited to share with you this week.

Each of these recipes is either naturally gluten-free or made gluten-free with Better Batter. These are so simple to make with the simple swap of flour, as always I stick to Better Batter for these and it's a wonderful 1:1 switch!
Are you baking more this year? Or maybe less than last year? I find that I find comfort in baking, especially during stressful times. It's something that brings me peace to know that I have a bond with my family through baking together.

Whole Crockpot Chicken. This is a great meal served alongside this

Thursday -
Start the day with a batch of

Then warm up with a batch of
Creamy Tomato Florentine Soup paired with a Gluten-Free Grilled Cheese Sandwich.
Friday -
It's Friday! Let's start Friday with a batch of
Gluten-Free Blueberry Crumble Muffins.
For dinner, enjoy these
