It's March! We are already 3 months into the year nearly, that's pretty amazing. These years all seem to go by faster, don't you think? How are you doing on sticking to those resolutions? I know for many it's to cook more at home. I hope this menu helps you with that. I've done my best to stick to this resolution myself too, we are really scaling back even more so on eating out. We didn't even eat out much, to begin with, but now we are doing even less of it. Our after-school activities are about to scale back some more after the basketball season, which means hopefully I have more time to cook again. Right now, I've been using my Ninja Foodi, Slow Cooker, Pressure Cooker...and more nearly daily! Those appliances help so much. I'm going to add some of those recipes into this menu plan for the week too. What types of recipes do you try when you are busy? I'd love to hear some of your favorite go-to recipes.

Weekly Menu Plan

Monday - One of my favorite recipes lately is this Slow Cooker Chicken and Stuffing, we make it gluten-free with gluten-free stuffing. Tuesday - This Ninja Foodi Chicken Noodle Soup also can be made in the Instant Pot is perfect with gluten-free egg noodles. I use Better Batter All-Purpose Flour in these noodles and they come out wonderfully. Wednesday - On Wednesday, pair these Air Fryer Gluten-Free Onion Rings with a delicious Air Fryer Hamburger. Be sure to use a gluten-free bun for the hamburger or you can lettuce wrap it too. Thursday - Make Friday a fish "fry" night with these Air Fryer Gluten-Free Hush Puppies paired with Air Fryer Catfish. These can also be deep-fried if you prefer too. Friday - Make a batch of Blueberry Oatmeal Bars today and enjoy a Deep Dish Pizza for dinner!
