Happy July! Let's get the month going with a weekly menu plan!

At this point, most of you are really into the summer now. I'm sure many are going on vacations and enjoy some time in the sun by the water. So many fun, exciting activities happen in the summer months. We are now moving into our 3rd month of summer vacation since we started ours in May. That means that although we are still enjoying the summer, we are also looking ahead to preparing for back to school season too. This is the point of the summer where I start to become ready for school to start again and a routine. Plus, when you work from home it's nice when school starts and my work hours are back to normal again. These late nights tend to get old after a while, but I really want to enjoy every minute I can with the kids during the day. So I try my best to work in the evenings if at all possible. Now when it comes to menu planning in the summer, I mentioned before I tend to do mostly grilled foods in the summer. Since it's July and I'm in Oklahoma, it's SO HOT both inside and outside that menu planning gets a little tough this month. I am using my air fryer quite a bit since the heat stays within the air fryer so it doesn't heat up the house as much. The Instant Pot has also become a lifesaver during this July. Let's get to planning this menu.

The Week's Good Eats -

Monday - On Monday, pair these Gluten-Free Air Fried Onion Rings with a delicious Air Fryer Cheeseburger. Tuesday - Start the morning with Vanilla Lemon Bread. This Maple Glazed Grilled Salmon is a wonderful way to enjoy dinner. Wednesday - On Wednesday, enjoy a comfort meal with this Gluten Free Chicken Noodle Casserole with homemade noodles. Thursday - Make a batch of Strawberry Crumble Muffins. Then, for dinner enjoy this Eggplant Lasagna. Friday - On Friday, make it an easy dinner night with these Easy Walking Taco Salads.
