It's February! We are a month into 2020 already, are you staying on track so far with a menu plan? I am sure trying to, we are really trying to watch our food budget so part of that is menu planning and sticking to it!

I can menu plan in my sleep, it's sticking to it that's the hard part. Let's face it, some days this mama just doesn't want to cook. Thankfully though, I love that I can use my air fryer and Better Batter to make some really great easy meals!
I've fallen in love with the Better Batter Seasoned Flour if you haven't tried it yet...it's perfect for fish and chicken. It's also a great one for onion rings too.
Let's get on to this week's menu!
Monday -
On Monday, let's start with
Air Fryer Chicken Tenders that are gluten-free and tasty paired with some french fries. It's like a take-out meal at home!
Finish out the day, making these
