1 stick butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs – at room temp.
1 teaspoon G/F vanilla
3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 cup (2 oz or 56.7g) Better Batter Flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy – about 3 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla – mix well. Add cocoa powder, salt and Better Batter Flour – stir until well combined. Grease a 8″ pie pan with butter. Pour mixture in pie pan. Bake for 25 – 30″ or until center is set. If you like, you can dust with powdered sugar and serve with a side of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!

*depending if you use a glass or metal pie pan, adjust the time accordingly. Do not overcook.
