1/2 recipe of Better Batter’s Easy Filo Dough
2 8-ounce cream cheeses, softened
3/4 c white sugar
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp almond flavoring
1/8 c Better Batter Gluten Free Flour
3/4 c pecans
3 TB butter
1/4 c brown sugar
1 jar Raspberry Simple Fruit Jelly
-Prepare the filo dough as instructed and press it into the bottom of a greased 13×9 pan.
-In the same food processor, mix the cream cheeses, white sugar, lemon juice and almond flavoring. Spread this mixture over the dough.
-Cook this at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
-Meanwhile, add the 1/8 c flour, pecans, butter and brown sugar to the food processor and process until well combined.
-Take the dish out of the oven and top with the brown sugar/pecan mixture and the raspberry jelly. You can make it pretty or just smush it all together like I do! Return it to the oven and cook for 10-12 more minutes.
