INSTRUCTIONS

*Before mixing your batter, its very important to have your pan heated and ready to go so the batter is not sitting. The pancake mix needs to be cooked promptly for best results. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, vinegar or lemon juice, and oil. Mix until smooth. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
