These amazingly delicious brownies were submitted to us by Jean Edeal, who created a gluten free version of a recipe she found here using Better Batter! You don’t have to worry about the ingredients being gluten free or not (as a lot of recipe which call for actual Milky Way bars will do) . Best of all, they are quick and easy to make.
1/2 – 3/4 c. caramel fruit dip
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 c. chocolate chips
- Follow directions for brownies on box in a 9 x 13 pan. Let the brownies cool in the pan. When cool, spread caramel dip over the top of the brownies.
- Put chocolate chips in a large mixing bowl and melt in the microwave, checking every 30-60 seconds so they don’t get warmer than necessary. Beat with mixer for 1 minute until smooth. Add Cool Whip and beat another 1-2 minutes until light and fluffy. Spread chocolate cool whip mixture over top of brownies.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Take out of the refrigerator 20-30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
