The weather is turning cold in earnest, and we have a relatively easy menu plan for this week – in our house Thanksgiving meal is eagerly attended to, and I personally look forward to several days of reheated Thanksgiving leftovers. This week we’re all about the Turkey. I’ve posted a few ideas for you from the internet – just make sure to sub in gf brands (and our great Better Batter flour) anywhere gluten is called for. This week’s clone recipe is a take on the Panera Turkey Bacon Bravo, made using our own Tomato Basil Panera Clone Bread recipe. You won’t want to miss it!
Monday: Autumn Rolled Pork Loin, mashed potatoes, mixed steamed vegetables, applesauce
Tuesday: Smoked Salmon Mac-N-Cheese made with Better Batter flour, stewed tomatoes, green peas and salad
Wednesday: Honduran Style Red Bean Baleadas with feta cheese and homemade tortillas, or breakfast for Dinner
Thursday: THANKSGIVING!
