Christmas Gifts in a Jar: The Gluten Free Edition
Christmas is less than a week away, and if you’re anything like me, you probably haven’t finished your shopping. Or if you’re actually me, you haven’t even started it! Considering that nearly one-third of Americans are gluten free, it’s likely you’ve got GF friends and family on your list too.
So to recap: You’re short on time, needing gluten-friendly gifts, and probably don’t want to spend an arm and a leg either. That about sums it up, right?
Gluten free gifts in a jar to the rescue!

A lot of the prepackaged seasonings contain MSG and maltodextrin, both of which sometimes cause tummy troubles for GF and non-GF eaters alike. But with this homemade mix, no one will miss those yucky additives.
