A recent restickering of our 5 pound Better Batter Gluten Free Flour was implemented to update and remove allergen warnings from our product. Inadvertently, the sticker covered the original OU certification symbol, and much of our product has gone out into the market with this oversight – our new box design will correct this error.

Meanwhile, rest assured that ALL Better Batter Gluten Free Flour products have always been and will always be certified OU Kosher Pareve. Click here to view our most recent certification letter.

Please note the brand marketed as Better Batter Gluten Free Flour is listed as Gluten Free Flour mix in the OU Kosher classification. The certification covers all sizes of this product.
