1 stick butter, room temperature
1 cup (4oz or 113g) Better Batter Gluten Free Flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup Plain Yogurt, drained
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Better Batter Gluten Free Flour
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
2.In a bowl, cream butter. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 cup of Better Batter Gulten Free Flour. Work with hands until dough almost holds together. Press into 9 inch pie pan with non stick cooking spray. Poke holes in bottom and side of crust. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
3.In the mean time, make filling. In a bowl, combine egg, plain yogurt, sugar, honey and flour. Mix well.
4.Cut apple into thinly slices.
5.When the crust is done, pour the filing into the crust, place sliced apples on top and bake for another 15 -20 minutes.
