This super easy dip is delicious – like having a bite of cake and ice cream – and super easy to make. You’ll need just a few ingredients – dried cherries, heavy whipping cream, and Better Batter Yellow Cake Mix, and about an hour’s chilling time.

Cherry Puree
1/2 bag (6oz total) dried cherries
1 c water

Blend together in blender until smooth and thick. Set aside. Makes about 1 c.

Vanilla Dip
1 c heavy cream (pure cream preferred)
1 c (6oz) Better Batter Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix

Blend together until mixture becomes thick (the texture of sour cream). Makes about 2 c

To assemble – blend together cherry puree and Vanilla Dip, swirling to create a ribbon of cherry puree throughout the dip. You may use as much puree as you like – we preferred about 1/2 c total of puree per 2 c of dip. Serve with fruit, pretzels, cake bites, etc.

Store in refrigerator.
