A brownie classic! Who can resist rich cream cheese fudge brownies?

Filling

4oz Diary free cream cheese, softened

1 egg

3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla

Brownies

1 box Better Batter Gluten Free Fudge Brownie Mix

½ cup Enjoy for Life semisweet chocolate chips

**Substitute coffee for water on the brownie box directions, follow other directions as listed on box**

Directions:

Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease bottom only of a 9-inch square pan with shortening or cooking spray. In a small bowl, beat filling ingredients with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Set aside.

Prepare brownie batter as directed on box, substituting the water with coffee. Once brownie batter is prepared, spread 3/4 of brownie batter in pan. Spoon the filling by spoonfuls evenly onto brownie batter. Spoon the remaining brownie batter over filling. Cut through mixture with knife several times for marbled design. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake for 40 to 44 minutes or until toothpick inserted in brownie 1 inch from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely for about 1 1/2 hours. Store covered in refrigerator.
