Ahhh . . . corn dogs . . . one of my childhood favorite foods . . . fried, crispy, yummy fair food . . . one of the things I miss occasionally now that I (and my children) are on a gluten-free diet. From time to time, the kids ask for corn dogs, so I have somewhat mastered making “corn puppies” as my son calls them (because I make small ones). The “corn puppies” aren’t always the prettiest, but they are yummy!
