3 ounces gluten free pepperoni
15 ounces pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cups/375 oz Better Batter Pancake & Biscuit Mix
1 1/2 cups buttermilk

In a bowl combine Pancake & Biscuit mix and buttermilk. Stir until a dough forms.
Drop dough by large tablespoons into a greased 9×13.
Spread pepperoni and sauce over top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 5-8 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
