• 2/3 c heavy cream
  • 1/4 c light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c Batter Batter Gluten-Free Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1 c milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Warmed milk
  • Optional: whipped cream and chocolate syrup, for garnish


Make the chocolate sauce. Combine the cream, corn syrup, brown sugar, brownie mix, vanilla, and 1/2 c chocolate chips in a sauce pan over medium heat. Whisk to combine and cook until melted, stirring often. Remove from the heat and add the remaining 1/2 c chocolate chips, stirring until smooth. Mix 2-4 Tbl chocolate sauce into 8 oz warm milk and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, if desired. Makes 4+ servings. Adapted from Delish
