1 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. softened butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg yolk
3 C (12 oz or 340g) Better Batter Gluten Free Flour
-beat brown sugar and butter until very light and fluffy; add egg yolk and vanilla and blend well
-add flour and stir until it becomes a smooth dough
-drop on ungreased cookie sheets by rounded tablespoonful
-cook for about 10 minutes @350 or until lightly golden brown. Do not overbake!
