Blueberry breakfast bars … these remind me of blueberry cobbler. They have a crispy crust and aren’t overly sweet. They are easy to make and store well at room temperature to have ready for a quick and easy breakfast on the go. You can use fresh or frozen berries. I may even experiment with different fruits–strawberry, blackberry, peach, mixed berries, … I think I’m going to have to hide the bowl so that my kids–and my dad and my mom and my husband–don’t eat them all!
