This spicy hot variation of buffalo wings is much lower in fat and easier to make in bulk than their traditional counterpart. Take a lot of work out of cooking for your crowd and enjoy the game instead. A wonderful idea for any party, but particularly good for the 2014 Superbowl: Cheer on your Seahawks or make a big deal out of devouring them… This serves 4 as an appetizer. Feel free to multiply the recipe based on the number of people you are serving.

3/4 c Better Batter Seasoned Flour

20 chicken wings

Habanero Hot Sauce (recipe follows)

Toss chicken wings in flour and allow to sit for at least 1 hour to coat or up to overnight (store in fridge).

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Shake off excess flour from wings and toss in Habanero Hot sauce.

Bake 45 minutes, or until crisp, turning about 20 minutes into cooking. Serve immediately.

1/4 c lime juice

1/2 c white vinegar
